Overview
The team is actively hiring for exceptional Virtual Assistants (Beginners are welcome to apply!) that will provide support to business Owners, Leaders and/or Executives in developing their organization. Tasks include lead CRMs and manage projects.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead projects related to the Executive’s business
- Perform administrative tasks
- CRM and Project Management
- Act as the Executive’s main point of contact
- Manage emails, phone calls, and calendars/appointments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Sales or related field
- Min 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a virtual setup is a plus but not required
- Can communicate in US English (both written and verbal)
- Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures
- Competent working devices with stable internet connection
Ideal Software Familiarity
- Dialers (Avaya, RingCentral, etc.)
- Project Management (Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Google Workspace and/or MS Office Applications
- Calendly
- Slack
- Hubstaff
- Canva
- Folloup Boss
- Office Troop
Equipment Requirement
- Latest PC or Mac
- Reliable Internet Speed min of 25Mbps
- Headset and Webcam
