Overview
The team is actively hiring for exceptional Virtual Assistants (Beginners are welcome to apply!) that are experienced in handling US and Canadian real estate transactions. Tasks include property listing, appointment setting, research, transaction records maintenance and project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation of multiple properties
- Transact with property owners, managers, and potential buyers
- Spearhead projects related to the business
- Conduct market analysis/research and current real estate trends
- Perform administrative tasks
- CRM and Project Management
- Manage emails, phone calls, and calendars/appointments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Sales or related field
- Min 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a virtual setup is a plus but not required
- Can communicate in US English (both written and verbal)
- Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures
- Competent working devices with stable internet connection
